BILLING POLICY – We accept most insurances.  It is your responsibility to provide us with your current insurance information.  If you have an HMO or Managed Care Plan it is your responsibilty to get a referral from your PCP prior to your appointment.  Most insurance policies have co-insurance, so please be aware that you may receive a bill after your insurance has made payment.  If you have a secondary insurance policy that may cover the remaining balance.  Contact the billing office if you have any questions about your specific insurance plan.
