JUNG JOH, MD – Dr. Jung Joh is a board-certified nephrologist.  He received his medical degree from Yonsei University Medical College in Seoul, Korea.  He completed his nephrology fellowship training at St. Louis University Health Sciences Center.  Some of Dr. Joh’s areas of interest include:  acute renal failure, hypertension, nephrolithiasis, electrolyte disturbances, CKD, renal transplantation, and ESRD follow-up and management.  He currently serves as a director at Lake City Kidney Center.  Dr. Joh has been providing service to the community in the Northwest for over 15 years.

WIN KYAW, MD – Dr. Win Kyaw is board-certified in nephrology and internal medicine.  He received his medical degree at the Institute of Medicine in Myanmar.  He completed his residency and fellowship at SUNY Downside in Brooklyn, New York.   Dr. Kyaw’s special areas of interest include: chronic kidney disease and hemodialysis, geriatric nephrology, hypertension, and diabetic nephropathy.  In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and follows European soccer.

JOHN JOO, DPM – Dr. John Joo has been in practice for over 12 years serving the Puget Sound North and South.  He specializes in podiatric medicine and surgery.

JOOHEE KIM, MD – Dr Joohee Kim is a board certified endocrinologist who has been in practice in Seattle area since 1999. She graduated from Yonsei University Medical College 1991. She received her training in internal medicine and endocrine fellowship  in St. Louis, MO.  She practices general endocrinology and metabolism disorders such as diabetes; obesity; thyroid and parathyroid glandular issues and bone disease such as osteoporosis.  She enjoys engaging with patients to best promote healthier lifestyle. She works closely with Swedish Health Systems and Northwest Hospital affiliated with the UW medicine.

Bernadette Thomas MD, MS – Bernadette Thomas MD, MS is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. She is a graduate of Temple University School of Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Einstein Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY. She received her subspecialty training in nephrology at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle, WA, where she also earned a Master’s degree in epidemiology.
Dr. Thomas has published and worked in the field of global health. She has assisted in dialysis program development in Ethiopia and Cambodia, as well as served as a kidney disease modeler and content expert for the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation.
Her interests within the field of nephrology include dialysis provision, chronic kidney disease management, and patient education. Dr. Thomas spends the majority of her free time chasing her toddlers, learning to cook Persian food from her husband, and cantoring at church.
